Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
If you return an item to us within 14 days (or 7 Days for sale items) they must be in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, Riding hats, Underwear,DVD's, CD's, Videos and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. In some circumstances we may accept riding hats back however this must be via prior consent of the manager by telephone. Riding Hats are a safety product and therefore any riding hats that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of checking the hats are still safe and undamaged for resale.
If a parcel looks damaged on arrival do not sign for it; instead refuse the parcel as damaged during posting.
We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 15th. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at our store.
You will be refunded the full value of the goods purchased less carriage charge paid. If your original order qualified for free delivery (value over £75) however the items returned brings the value of your order below £75 a carriage charge will be deducted from your refund. If a complete sale is returned and refunded from an order originally over £75 you will also incur a carriage charge.

In line with new WEEE regulations, we offer a new for old return service for Electronic & Electrical goods. When customers purchase new electrical products, such as clippers or electric fencing from Saddlerack.co.uk we will accept the customer?s old product(s) for safe disposal.
We only accept waste items equivalent to those bought, within 28 days of purchase. When returning WEEE items customers will be asked to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. For customer purchases made via our mail-order service (including telephone and internet orders) all waste electronic items must be returned in person to The Saddle Rack,Hawkinge, Kent. We do not accept returned electronic goods via the post. Old items will only be accepted if they are beyond repair, i.e. waste.
